Replacement Flo-Thru Hot Tub Spa Heater Element: 4KW 240V Note: Replaces 12-0100-K (5.5kW), 12-0101-K (4.5kW), 12-0102-K (4.0kW), 6-flo, 4-FLO 25-4030, 20-3440, 25-4044. Installation was quite easy, no leaks with the standard o rings provided. Ensure when you install it that you don't jack it up by bending/stressing/cracking the element trying to get it in the heater tube, as others have done (which causes it to fail quickly). Just be patient, it'll fit. Also, before you tighten the element poles, ensure NO part of the element is touching the heater tube or the pressure sensor. Hope this helps you. Most of the time if the heater element goes out it will trip the breaker as soon as it kicks on due to the fact that is when it pulls the most current, we would look at possibly checking the breaker or look for a loose connection, also try running the hot tub over night with out the heater wire connections connected and see if it still trips the breaker. Misaligned one of the o-rings maybe will causing a leak. If you forget to let the air go then it will causing an air lock that keep the pump from working.
